At Ultralight Electrical & Lighting Stores, we want to ensure your space shines perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused fixtures in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the lighting fixtures and all included hardware back into their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
